Claims and returns


Claim or return of goods purchased from  SPUKI  EOOD

Under Bulgarian law, you have the right to return or replace any product purchased from SPUKI  EOOD within 7 working days from the date of purchase, in accordance with Art. 55 of the Consumer Protection Act.

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, except in cases where the order placed by the customer does not match what was delivered. The return of a product for a claim is also at the trader's expense (Art. 113, para. 4 of the CPA).

Conditions for return - the goods must be in perfect commercial condition:

- the goods have not been used and show no signs of use;
- the original packaging is preserved, with no tears;
- the proof of purchase - invoice or receipt - is retained;

The customer agrees with a representative of SPUKI  EOOD on the address to which SPUKI  EOOD wishes to receive the goods back. 
SPUKI  EOOD reserves the right not to refund the amount paid by the customer in case one or more of the return conditions have been violated.

SPUKI  EOOD will refund the user the full amount paid by them no later than 5 (five) days from the date on which the goods are returned, received and inspected by a company representative.

If payment was made by bank transfer, the refund is made by  payment order to the account from which the payment was made,  within 5 days.

If payment was made by cash on delivery, the refund is made by money transfer to the person who purchased the goods  within 5 days.

ATTENTION: We do not accept products returned by courier with cash on delivery! The products you return must be inspected for good commercial condition and technical defects before the amount of the transaction is refunded. That is why we do not accept products sent by courier with cash on delivery. Your copy of the waybill for the sent shipment is proof that you have handed this product over to us. In case you do not receive payment of the amount owed within the legally established one-month period, you can seek the amount due using the copy of the waybill as a document certifying that you have handed this product over to us.

SPUKI  EOOD assumes no responsibility whatsoever in the event that, during the return of a product using courier services, any violations of the commercial condition and completeness of the products occur, including those resulting from mechanical or any other effects during transportation. Responsibility for this should be borne by the courier service provider and should be sought from the party who requested the service.
